Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel a class. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our small, personalised classes, please take note of our policy:​

• Class Cancellations (Drop-In Classes)

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable due to the limited class size and reserved spots.

  • No-shows will be treated as cancellations within 24 hours and are non-refundable.

• Package Classes

  • All class credits included in a package must be used within the one-month duration from the date of purchase.

  • If you cannot attend a booked class, please notify the studio 24 hours in advance. With studio approval, your class credit may be returned to your package to allow rescheduling within the one-month period.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows consume the class credit, and it cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Package credits cannot be carried over beyond the one-month duration.
