We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel a class. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our small, personalised classes, please take note of our policy:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable due to the limited class size and reserved spots.

• No-shows will be treated as cancellations within 24 hours and are non-refundable.
